Exclusions & payment policy
Pricing DOES NOT include: furnishings (table, chairs, etc.); power; carpet - if solid color needed, room is carpeted; and wired internet - if dedicated service needed.
Payment Policy: Payment in full must be received within ten (10) business days after submitting contract to confirm. If payment is not received, the booth will be released for re-sale.
Exhibitor schedule
Monday, Dec. 7
8 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Exhibitor move-In
3:30 to 5 p.m.: Exhibit Hall open (Reception in Exhibit Hall)
Tuesday, Dec. 8
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Exhibit Hall hours (Lunch in Exhibit Hall)
4 to 5 p.m.: Exhibit Hall move-out
