Recharge Zone

What's included

Recharge Zone is a meeting room for attendees with a dedicated quiet area to retreat, catch up on messages, or enjoy a calm environment. The room will feature minimalist round table seating, thoughtfully arranged to give attendees space to relax and enjoy as they recharge.
Recharge Zone is open all day Monday and Tuesday, and until the conference closes Wednesday.

Sponsor may provide food & beverage items (ordered through the hotel) at their own expense.
Sponsor may also provide marketing materials and any promotional giveaways (i.e., portable charging cords, note pads, pens, etc.) to be placed on tables.

Coffee Service

What's included

Coffee service is offered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
Sponsor may provide logo items (napkins, coffee cup sleeves, etc.) and NCSC-approved sign in coffee station area. Hotel provides coffee set-up (tea, sugar, stir sticks, etc.) as well as coffee cups, napkins, etc. (if not sponsor provided).

Lanyard

Innovation Session

What's included

These 45-minute, concurrent sessions provide sponsors an opportunity to give live demonstrations of their products and services with their court clients. NCSC invites presentations that highlight practical, real-world applications and deliver meaningful educational value, rather than focusing primarily on promotional or sales-driven messaging. Sponsors are encouraged to include a court client presenter to help connect the audience with shared experiences.
Session presenter(s) not employed by company must pay the registration fee; registration and travel expenses not covered by NCSC.
Standard audio visual equipment provided.
Mention in email sent by NCSC highlighting sponsor sessions.
